That's unless this COVID detection is yet another excuse to delay their big trouble report. They have a real problem--if they accuse, they will face big libel suits they cannot defend, if they don't, they won't get paid.

They are making money or they would of quit long ago. Dark money funding is one good guess. The state/county is probably on the hook also.

I believe if they'd found the results they wanted we'd have heard about it by now. They'll probably fall back on "The results are inconclusive". That they can't prove any fraud but they can't prove that there wasn't any fraud.

This is a report no one want to write since that would turn off the cash spigots. How do you prove a fraud where there is none and actually have to write about? The penalty, which is not final, is the largest proposed by the FCC for this specific violation. The agency has, however, imposed much larger fines for “spoofing” robocalls, where the caller makes it appear as though a call is coming from a different number. This year it fined Texas telemarketers $225 million.' WP

That comes out to about $4470 per call, LOL. Watch them appeal claiming that the decision is political and an infringement of their first amendment rights
