His campaign has been consistent with these features, playing to an established base without seriously attempting to expand it's appeal. He is still repugnant to those that never believed in him or his sales pitch.
Hillz didn't say much to quell doubts about her e-mails with a diciplined but lackluster presentation, nor did she humiliate him dominating the evening.
Folks who respect her abilities and experience will stay with her, those that are unsure about her trustworthiness will have to choose based on their priorities.
Barring a telling October suprize for Hillz or an epiphany on Trump's lack of qualifications (his lack of character is already established as a matter of record), I see this going to Hillz in the end in spite of the deep rooted populist support for her rival.

Hillary is pulling away anyway. Job one for her was to avoid blowing it in some way, with mud wrestling with the pig being the most clear and present danger. She left some low-hanging fruit on the tree, I think, based on the strategy, that is, declining to take the risk of playing Trump's game.
Trump needed to reverse a trend away from him. For this he needed a strong win. All he delivered was a demonstration of alpha-male verbal aggression (interrupting Hillary and sniping at the moderators). His base will be gratified, but not others. His big alpha-male threat to put Hillary in jail crossed a line. Red meat for his base, of course, but will lose him as much as it gained, I'd expect, with the undecided.
Basically, Hillary played it safe and did what she needed to do. Trump failed.

Everything you point to is old news at this point and did nothing to solidify his position with his base. It did nothing to attract new people to his side.
As for Hillary, she made a strategic decision not to engage in real time fact checking, as it would have made Trump's lies the central theme of the debate. Instead, she for the most part stuck to answering the questions and outlining her policy positions relative to them.

What makes you think that would make the slightest difference to his base?

Nobody gives a sh!t about his schweinhundt base. It's the Republicans who still have a conscience and shred of honor left that I care about.

They seem to be leaving anyway and H--> gets to be president in spite of herself, so why should you complain? I thought this would be a 'mission accomplished' moment for you to be savored silently.
Best not to wake up the independents.

The word on the street is that NBC has even worse tapes so far as behavior is concerned but they won't release them.
