The fact that Brown had very recently participated in a strong arm robber makes it more likely that he was hostile, or non-compliant, or combative in some way with Wilson. This is the implication (singular) that I draw.

Are there others I am missing?

That's the point I'm getting. See prior post and link the latest article.

If he was white would he have been shot in the back like that?

That is the crux of the whole issue. I am sure a white guy might have gotten shot like that if he indeed did try to disarm the policeman. But we do not have the official police account of the officers actions yet. Maybe there is none.

I was in military for 20 years commendations are just window dressing for the most part.

they know how many rounds were fired they have not released that yet.

Toxicology is irrelevant as it pertains to Brown he if was indeed executed in the street.

They have the official police reports...they were cited in the report that documents the robbery. Like I said before they are not releasing those reports for some reason.

There are very valid reasons for not releasing police reports other than cover-ups.

I think they are a matter of public record. I do not think they are classified.
Because of the magnitude of this case they should be released.

Just because something becomes public record doesn't mean it is available to the public immediately. My kids death is public record, but none of the facts of the case have been made public yet in the interests of maintaining the integrity of the investigation.

They will be, in time. What is the harm in waiting for the forensics to be completed?

Indeed.

In other news, the liquor store in the video got looted last night. The upside is that a number of concerned citizens put a stop to it before it got too out of hand.
