Sarah Vaughan: HOW LONG HAS THIS BEEN GOING ON?

The lady is in great form.

Some wonderful help from the maestro, guitarist Joe Pass.

Youtube is wonderful!

One can hear an entire album instead of snippets. This makes buying decision easier.

I think you would like the Crane Wife by the Decembrists

mixture of folk and progressive...really quite quirky and good

Geez, Ice, you seem to have a much broader music selection at your thrifts than we have here. Maybe you just have more patience looking through the vinyl than I do. After seeing about a thousand Streisand and Manilo albums, I lose my optimism very quickly going through the stacks. I did find "Pablo Honey" and "Hail to the Thief" by Radiohead in the CD section. I haven't heard that much by them, but they are one of my son's favorites, so I'm getting ready to give if a try.

Regards,

D-Ray

I was at the Temecula goodwill earlier Don
the prices were too steep
look what i left there

Allman Brothers Fillmore East Polygram lp
Allman Brothers Self Titled
The First Little Feat Album dont know what it is called
McCartney Apple
Savoy Brown
I should have got the 5 album Simon and Garfunkel box I left that too

they wanted $3.99-$4.99 way too much
maybe after work tomorrow I will go back

at least your GW sells cds...the head of the Orange County GW has mandated all Riverside and OC GW stores cd donations go to auction I am really upset about it.

I like KIng of Limbs by Radiohead and IN Rainbows.......Pablo Cruise is ok but not what they really are like...everyone loves the Bends but I do not have it yet....
