Well the only overtly jazz reference would be the song Jimmy Jazz off of London Calling. Now if you like reggae or dub the album Sandinista! is a nice murky mess of all sorts of musical styles. And there is a collection Super Black Market Clash (originally an Epic 10 inch album called Black Market Clash) that has the song Armagideon Time...a dub selection.
Their primary drummer Topper Headon was a jazz drummer you can tell by just listening to him....
in college my buddies and I would get drunk and listen to (This Is) Radio Clash I had the 12 inch 45 rpm single...one of my all times favs...you can watch that video on youtube I am sure.
