38° Celsius already in May? That would be a good reason for me to commit suicide, although I am an owner of an AC in my bedroom since two weeks. When I do not post on AudioKarma anymore and when I do not post on Political Chat anymore you guys know that summer heat killed my mind.

I have one suggestion, two liters of cold bier.

We are just to the north of San Diego county and having the same weather. 98 degrees right now but the Santa Ana winds are lessening. It's supposed to cool down by the weekend. We're keeping our fingers crossed.

Hope you stay safe!

No, not at all. We're in Costa Mesa right next to Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. No brush to burn, just a lot of concrete, stucco and asphalt.

How's it going up there? I'll bet it's real toasty. You're near Lodi?

It is stinkin' hot here!!
Yesterday, triple digits. Only in the high 90s today. 😅

Thank goodness for the delta breeze in the evenings.

Yep, the Lodi area. Crops are suffering with no water but the grapes like the heat.

Ah, Mondavi is pretty big around there, we've been known to sip some of their juice. Woodbridge Cab isn't too shabby.

"San Diego County Dist. Atty. Bonnie Dumanis said three arson-related arrests had been made, but none was suspected of playing a role in the main brush fires.
Two teenagers were arrested in Escondido on Thursday on suspicion of trying to start two small fires, and an adult was arrested in Oceanside for “adding” to a fire, she said."
