Nailer omitted to mention which government, Fed, State or County/City does the trampling, because it all depends on who is doing it.
At the Fed level, one can appeal to the SCOTUS.
At the state level, one can appeal to the Feds.
A the local level, best plan to move out.

They're all governments.
And in my other post was speaking to individual rights, not corporate.
I'll give you an E for effort though. (insert big grin emoji here)

The grades were A, B, C, D & E,.
Not sure of the grading system these days.

Wasn't the British school system a blast? Our headmistress had a cane she affectionately named Mr. Tickler. Mona Preparatory, Mona Heights, Kingston, Ja. WI.

Michael Hiltzik of the LA Times chimes in...
"No one needs to pay hard-earned cash to be entertained by a Disney product anymore.
Not as of Wednesday, when the giant entertainment conglomerate filed a federal lawsuit to quash the efforts of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to punish it for speaking out against DeSantis’ “Don’t Say Gay” law.
The 77-page legal complaint, filed in federal court in Gainesville, Fla., aims to stop what it terms “a targeted campaign of government retaliation — orchestrated at every step by Gov. DeSantis as punishment for Disney’s protected speech.” LA Times

The Secrets of Reedy Creek
Disney and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis are locked in a blood feud over a peculiar tract of land with a wild history.

HEY MAGA's!
Worried about tRumpy in jail (or skipping to Russia)? Worried about having no MAGA leader? Don't despair...
Welcome to DeSantis!

Maybe one of the funniest things I have ever seen on this forum is Bob talking about somebody derailing one of his moronic threads.

(yawn) Who left the gate open? Anywho....
"The potential creation of over 2,000 jobs in the city of Orlando has been scrapped as Disney continues to feud with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, The New York Times reported.
Disney’s chief executive Bob Iger and the company's theme park and consumer products chairman Josh D’Amaro have pulled the plug on a nearly $1 billion office complex that was scheduled to be built in Orlando -- a project that would have brought over 2,000 jobs with high salaries.
"The project, known as the Lake Nona Town Center, was supposed to involve the relocation of more than 1,000 employees from Southern California, including most of a department known as Imagineering, which works with Disney’s movie studios to develop theme park attractions," The Times' report stated. "Most of the affected employees complained bitterly about having to move — some quit — but Disney largely held firm, partly because of a Florida tax credit that would have allowed the company to recoup as much as $570 million over 20 years for building and occupying the complex.""

2000 high paying jobs will be staying here in commieland. (rolls eyes)
