Rall had a pretty interesting KFI 640 AM radio show about Central Asia around 15 years ago. Compared to the other morons on the same station (Limbaugh, Jon and Ken...I really hate those two) he seemed pretty intelligent.

I lost all respect for him because of his insulting cartoon that made fun of Pat Tillman, calling him stupid for leaving the NFL and joining the Army after 911.
He was killed by friendly fire in Afghanistan.

Rall has always been a piece of S%it to me since then.

Fwiw, Rall (whom I oddly never heard of until now) later apologized for that cartoon and making assumptions about Tillman based on insufficient knowlege.
