Ok, 538's polls only Nov 8 forecast now gives DT a 14.2% chance to win. What do think the minimum increase for Trump will be by next Fri evening?
Let's use the RCP average for Trump vs. Clinton as a benchmark.

As of this point in time they have Clinton up by an average of 5.3%.**

**I forget how to do a screen shot and I'm too lazy to look it up, so you'll have to take my word on that 5.3 figure.

Okay, so long as you take my word for the fact that Trump has been steadily chipping away at her lead for the past 2 weeks, a period of time during which his campaign has imploded. Only Hillary could do something like that.

Someone (U.S.) should sincerely believably apologize for making this toxic clown a Presidential candidate:
Trump is 'America's one-night stand'

Apologize? Someone(s) should be exiled to Somalia for it.

Then we should apologize to Somalia.

The opinion piece from this link http://www.nytimes.com/2016/08/20/op...s-winning.html which was cited in Post #3886 makes a strong case for what Trump is up to and I no longer believe that he is a credible candidate for POTUS.

I don't know why people feel driven to assume Trump is up to something that is canny and competent and will make him money. He's just a narcissistic film-flam who got lucky and caught a wave. He doesn't know what he's doing, and he wouldn't know how to be a 'media mogul.'

Spot on! Dionne's description of Virginia voters exactly coincides with my impression of them from the time that I spent living, working and recreating there.
