I'm still hopeful that the jury will see their way to a manslaughter conviction but then I'm not the sharpest tool in the toolbox.

I think the one thing most will agree on the tonight. So far the state has done a piss poor job of arguing this case. Makes me wounder if they ever wanted to win in the first place.
