I've seen accounts that say backup police arrived very quickly.

The coroner was, where?
One of our former county coroners was a drug addled boob that had no business being anyone responsible for anything. Typically coroners are spoils appointment medical incompetents in some locales.

I know for a fact that Phoenix PD would have had the area around the body crime taped within minutes of the shooting.

There is a still picture of the cop walking around the body, which had a sheet thrown over it.
No one rendered aid to Brown per the witness, who said no one went near the body for 30-45 minutes. I think the cop simply assumed he was dead and threw a sheet over him. That is what the picture looks like anyway.

Right after the last shots were being fired. But it looks like no one rendered aid to Brown.

Cops have the power to declare who is dead or not? WTF?

Did the cop in question even try to determine whether Brown was alive or not? Or give aid to him? It does not look that way.
