We would plan PTA meetings weeks in advance - send emails, flyers, etc. with time/date and agenda.

4 or 5 parents would show up.

And then there is all the pulling of hair, wringing of hands, and gnashing of teeth from my fellow liberals over how our students are getting their asses kicked by Korean, and Japanese, and German, and Dutch, and Norwegian, and French, and just about every other first world nation's kids in math and science.

Just tie the hands of American schools when it comes to dealing with little shit miscreants who aren't interested in learning and enjoy fucking up the environment for the kids who do.
