Obama has won...you just do not realize it yet.

The Tea Party looks inward...not outward. They are not inclusive...they are not building coalitions and the rather small one they do have (white people who do not like the President) is shrinking with each year.

Obama has the following on his side
Women
Latinos
Urban, college educated citizens (this is important)
Business interests who want stability
Wall Street
Asians
African Americans

and this is big....insured Americans under the ACA

Tea Party?
Rural America
People over 65
The South

the smartest thing for the Republicans would be to pass the Immigration Reform bill and forget about ending Obamacare.

in 2012 Obama grabbed the West...a place where a Mormon like Romney should have picked off a few states like Nevada

wikipedia New Deal Coalition good sir

Replace the word Obama with the phrase Democratic Party and you will see the future.

OK. Obama won but it cost the economy $25+ Billion for the win.

Are you really as obtuse as you seem? One of the big reasons he won is that the House GOP threw a tantrum that cost the nation $25 Billion for nothing.

Not according to president Obama.

Not won that way. Like a victory...the Tea Party forced the shutdown.

But like Asimov's Foundation this was a Seldon Crisis that the good guys will win from in the future
