In any event, it is inarguable that the objective of both Trump's EO and Project 2025 is to convert at least 50,000 career positions into patronage positions reserved for compliant MAGAts and that this contravenes the very intent of the Pendleton Act. And since it's inarguable, I'm done arguing about it.

Besides, Trump has already shown he can't even find enough qualified, honest and ethical people to fill his cabinet. Any that were are now outspoken against him. How the hell is he going to find 50K qualified, honest and ethical MAGA folks? Pardoned J6'ers?
