Sometimes forecasts don’t pan out. Other times they do — but what was predicted is delayed. Regardless of which is true this year, Atlantic tropical storm and hurricane activity, thus far, has been strangely quiet — especially given forecasts for a busy season.

33 Million people displaced in Pakistan (not a fan of this lawless land) due to torrential downpours and flash flooding. You're a bit premature. We're just entering peak hurricane season now. Hurricane season really doesn't kick off in earnest until late August, peaking in mid September and continuing until late October. We're in the 3rd inning of a 9 inning game.
