I tend to think that dispatchers and LEO in general are trained to be very careful and deliberate in how they word things. Their entire profession revolves around the law and how it is interpreted.
If you want to think that they speak in riddles that must be decoded, ok.

From what I know, Zimmer frequents the Sanford PD 911 call in program.
Very simply, this is a case of an armed adult stalking an unarmed child on a public street (gated community ). There were no extenuating circumstances except that the kid was born black.

Seems Zimmer is going to walk with a slap on his wrist so what difference does it make?
