For $787 million. We will see if Fox is compelled to admit fault to its viewers. In their brief comments after the settlement, Fox said "We acknowledge the Court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false."

They are already suing others including Rudy, Kraken Lady, Pillow Guy and OANN. Their counsel said these lawsuits are moving forward. In her words “Money is accountability, and we got that today from Fox, but we’re not done yet. We’ve got some other people who have some accountability coming toward them. And we’ll move right on to the next one.”

You live in Bizarro World. Fox just admitted lying to its viewers and agreed to pay $787.5 million to Dominion. Judge Davis' imprint was on this case because of Fox withholding material during discovery, something he was less than pleased about (and something that likely helped Fox come to the conclusion that settling for 3/4 of a billion was a good thing for them).

Perhaps but the lies that Fox has been perpetrating for the last two and a half years is more like dark hanging clouds pissing on our democracy. Fox gave every reason for the Judge to get irritated and incensed.

Thing is, it's not just the idiotic Faux viewers. The self-described "thinking conservatives" who post here get their opinions from "research" papers from the despicable likes of the Heritage Foundation, the Federalist Society and other Reich-wing propaganda outlets funded by the same billionaires who have bought Supreme Court justices.
