You know people do steal identity. I had my CC information stolen once and by the time Navy Federal caught it, some pervert in England had charged $1,400 in "adult novelty" stores. It seems that if you make multiple charges from London and Virginia Beach within an hour a red flag goes up.
Now, I have no idea if this applies to Biden, but it certainly is possible.
