I may be in the minority but my thoughts are that Ebola doesn't stand a real chance of getting out of hand here in the states.

What's your definition of "out of hand"?
When the beaurocracy can no longer follow CDC guidelines? Because we passed that point.
When the first line hospital staff fails to follow simple established protocol to identify entry into the country? Been there, done that
When you go from "very unlikely it will ever enter the country", to "confident we will stop it in its tracks"?
