Exactly.

I wish I could pull up some of my old posts from the forum I was on when he caved in on the public option. I was all over him like stink on shit. So were most of us on the left.

These are all signs — none of them definitive on their own, necessarily. However, when taken in completely, these demonstrate a disturbing trend of incompetence and failure. It's not just that Americans are in a sour mood about national politics. That's probably part of it. Instead, Obama has become another in a line of presidents long on rhetoric and hopelessly short on action.

Obama's hope and change have left liberals and conservatives alike hoping for real change, not just more lofty rhetoric.

I agree. I don't think it is a real news organization. What news agency would ask you fill out a questionnaire trying to sell you furniture for gods sake. I believe it to be a scam website.

I was asked if I drink vodka.

But they are a real newspaper, part of a giant media conglomerate of newspapers and sometimes TV that has been going broke a lot. Warren Buffet has been putting a lot on money into them of late.

They are profiling their readership's consumption intentions, to make advertising sales more profitable.

The bulk of the media in this country is controlled by Disney, Time Warner, Newscorp, CBS and Comcast. Which one is the liberal?

New Disney. Every time I hear they're redoing a classic I want to throw up - think 'The Hunchback' Everything has to be nicey-nice.
