While I agree with you on the premise of your post, Hills and Drumpf is what we got and we have to work with what we got. I don't know why better qualified candidates do not run unless the two parties who completely control the nominating process have made it impossible. So whether we like it or not the dialog is Hillary vs. Trump. I think the DNC has been on a mission coronating Hillary and that reading Hillary's platform will put someone to sleep.

Better qualified than Hill? Few are.

Better qualified than Trump? Many are and ran. 17 others were more qualified that ran. They were rejected.

Dude Hillary has won more states than Sanders, and more people have voted for her. Period. That is why she is in the lead.

Many of your posts imply that the system is corrupt. It really isn't. The damage that Trump and to some extent Sanders is doing to the integrity of our democratic system by trying to instill the notion that it is corrupt is a danger to our Republic.

This is the same system that gave us Theodore Roosevelt, FDR, Truman, Eisenhower, Carter, Clinton and Obama. It is not perfect. But in comparison to other nations both now and in recent history it has done a fairly good job.
Individuals in the voting booth are picking the candidates.
