If that's what you desire to call "being right from jump," go ahead.

Lots of mob mentality on display in this thread from my lefty brethren. Before any wingnut thinks that I'm taking your side? Go stuff it.

Your justly concerned citizens looted businesses and vandalized vehicles. At least 12 businesses were looted or vandalized and a QuikTrip convenience store and gas station was set on fire, leading to over 30 arrests. And this was just the first night. For my money, I'd say "a mob" is a more apt description than "justly concerned citizens."

So, to your knowledge was every concerned citizen in Ferguson participating in the criminal mob actions?

There were thousands protesting every night, and then there was a criminal element of fifty to a hundred people who went further. Most of the smaller element were not even from St. Louis, had no ties to the Ferguson community, and felt free to rampage. And the police let them rampage.
Most of the local people were very impressed about how brave a police officer can be gunning down a single person, and then went when faced with crowds. the Ferguson police force has lost the trust and good will of their community, white, black, and other.

Uh, no. However, I believe it was you who said that Wilson must be subjected to a trial (without knowing whether or not sufficient evidence exists to indict him) to preclude the public from being tempted to mob action.

Is there the will to indict Wilson and that seems to be the root cause of the protests (rioting and looting included) by the citizens of Ferguson and what some of us here are wondering.

There has been no expressed lack of will to indict Wilson. There have been plenty of assumptions/accusations of a lack of will with accompanying threats of further rioting and looting if an indictment is not handed down. Is this really how you want justice administered in this country - by lynch mob?
I'm agnostic as to Wilson's guilt at this point, as any prudent person should be. I'm also unwilling to advocate for or defend taking judicial shortcuts to avoid a mob response. You can be sure that the administration will not be the least bit reluctant to undertake a civil rights prosecution if one is warranted.

There has been no lack of will to indict, in fact there is angered support.
What is not present?
Evidence to do so.

Angered support? To whom do you refer?
