Naturally, he’ll appeal all the way to SCOTUS, whose highly politicized conservative majority will delay by sending it back down, rather than making an actual ruling, which would, of course, have to be against Donny’s absurd claims.

For the conservatives on the bench to decide against this, or not to hear it at all, would lay bare that they are in fact in his pocket.

There's no pressure that the ex-Pres can bring to bear on the conservatives on SCOTUS that would cause them to besmirch their reputations by ruling in his favor on this matter.

Their reputations in history are far more important to them than Trumps approval or disapproval.
