Trump only seems to change his rhetoric when he sees his election chances threatened, which was clearly evident at yesterday's Covid-19 briefing.
However he won't open up the enrollment to the Obamacare exchanges to help people get insurance, many of whom voted for him. Plus he lies so often you can't believe anything he says.
If I was Trump I would ask China to send immune Covid-19 health care workers to NYC because they are veterans who have fought this disease, know what they are doing and have the right protective gear.
Today he is trying to deflect his imcompetence with a war on drugs dog and pony show that no one gives a damn about right now.
That is something he will never do. Trump just looks at other people like a child looking at a busy ant hill. He can't imagine being one of the ants.
