Then the Shrub implemented it I believe. Even Presidente Fox wasn't too impressed with the "Pickup truck Cowboy". You might be mistaking me for some sort of doctrinaire Democrat (if there is such a thing) I wasn't pleased with it then seeing as how it just made it so much easier to open maquilladoras allowing tons of manufacturing jobs to be lost in the States and it's a cluster fuck now. It's simply rape of US workers to be even more blunt.
Save your ire for your congressional caucus from whom all jobs flow. Ooooops. They're all bought up by the C of C and the Koch bros. They all are, both sides of the aisle have their hands out and there's only one solution for it, campaign financial reform. You may agree.

Can't have it both ways.

Either the Justice Department is out to take the rights from American legal gun owners. Or he is willfully allowing the illegal transportation of guns to Mexico. On the face of it it looks like a contradiction to me.
