No but I did get a check back from them thanks to the 80/20 thing. Regardless if there are double digit increases it has more to do with greed than the ACA

Right. All the blather about the insurance carriers needing to have sufficient funds on hand, due to government regulations, to cover current and anticipated claims is just a bunch of BS.

Good ol' Mississippi.

"From Politico and Kaiser Health News comes this jaw-dropping look at Mississippi, the national graveyard of the Affordable Care Act's promise.
We work hard at being last.- Roy Mitchell, patients advocate in Mississippi

"There are wide swaths of Mississippi where the Affordable Care Act is not a reality,” Conner Reeves, who led Obamacare enrollment at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, told me when we met in the state capital of Jackson. Of the nearly 300,000 people who could have gained coverage in Mississippi in the first year of enrollment, just 61,494 — some 20 percent — did so. When all was said and done, Mississippi would be the only state in the union where the percentage of uninsured residents has gone up, not down." Michael Hiltzik LATimes

Here we go again. No problems with the second round of open enrollment.

And you and I both know that it was private industry who screwed it up the first time around. Having worked as a consultant here in the DC area you really don't want to know what goes on in contracting for the government. The people who screwed up the first roll-out were put on the preferred contractor list by GWB's administration despite a track record of failure.

It looks like Boehner finally found a law firm foolish enough to bring this frivolous lawsuit. The irony of Republicans suing the President for delaying the part of the ACA that they hate the most (the Employer Mandate) shows how petty the GOP has become.

It's just mudslinging politics as usual for 'pubbie controlled House of Representatives.

Here is a WaPo headline.

Republicans finally file lawsuit against Obama – and stand to gain almost nothing

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...lmost-nothing/

And the tax payers are going to foot the bill.
