I for one see it ironic in that a gun owner and CC shopper at Walmart. Who would of been held up as a hero by the gun lobby as an example of why everyone needs to carry ends up being a victim. Were if unarmed they could still be alive today! Unarmed they would of allowed the pro's handle the offenders.

The 'gunman saves the day' fantasy meets reality.

“He was angry at the government. He was hellaciously mad at Obama and anyone who was on food stamps" - - From the story, describing the shooter.

I'm not comfortable with the thought of rounding up any group of people for prosecution/persecution. What the mob has done is abominable and an affront to civilization, but the individuals there are entitled to due process. I don't want us to fall to the level of mob rule in responding to those fools.

Regards,

D-Ray

I hear ya Don. I'm not advocating for lining them up and executing them. I'm just angry that a couple of these militia fools have carried this to the next step. I suspect that the powers that be in Nevada won't be too welcoming of these unhinged people after this.

In a civilized and rational society, these clowns would be compelled to turn in their firearms.
