What kills me is the way the right treats us hourly wage type folks and so many of us still fall for their line of BS. Union busting, the constant whining about labor regulations (OT, minimum wage, unemployment insurance, etc.,etc........). It just doesn't make much sense. Why do so many side with an ideology that is so hostile towards.......well.........THEM?

All I can figure is it's issues like gun control. And, then there's all of the propaganda about "slackers" and "moochers" and what not.

Interesting notion. Considering the "Southern Strategy". However, having been raised in the north and living in the south since 1986, I find that basic human nature and attitudes are really not much different here than there.
