Perhaps we can extract the offending substance with a pair of zircon encrusted tweezers.
Currently listening to "In the Court of the Crimson King." The vinyl has survived since my college days.

Fripp's extended improvisation on - I think it's "Moonchild" - has been a favorite of mine for a very long time.
I'm currently without a copy of that album. I'll have to get one.
