As for Maureen Dowd, I always read her pieces, mostly for style rather than content. As for her antipathy towards Hillary, you can't say that Hillary hasn't brought most of it upon herself.
How so? What did Hillary ever do to Mo' Dowd?

It has nothing to do with what Hillary did to Maureen Dowd. It has more to do with an accomplished wordsmith exposing Hillary for what she is (and isn't). That's her job, after all.

Hillary Clinton has an honesty problem. That point is driven home hard in the exit poll following Clinton's 22-point drubbing at the hands of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. More than one in three (34 percent) of all New Hampshire Democratic primary voters said that honesty was the most important trait in their decision on which candidate to support. Of that bloc, Sanders won 92 percent of their votes as compared to just 6 percent for Clinton.

And that's among Democrats.

More evidence to the point that she could very easily lose the election in November.

'Congressional Black Caucus to formally endorse Clinton on Thursday'

"On Thursday morning, the CBC’s leaders will appear at the Democratic National Committee to formally endorse Clinton for president, through the CBC political action committee. The group will then disburse its African-American lawmakers to states where black voters are crucial, particularly in South Carolina’s Democratic primary on Feb. 27.

“It’s one thing to endorse and do nothing. It’s another thing to endorse and to go to work,” said Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-N.Y.), chairman of the CBC PAC. These lawmakers are, Meeks said, “people that can actually testify [to] the work that Hillary Clinton has done.”" WaPo

Nice endorsement.

I know they met today in NYC but I haven't heard any announcement coming out of it.
