I heard a report ( PBS News Hour today) that arresting people of color was a money maker for the city. (Arrest fees) Second to sales taxes. WTF's up with that?

When 67% of your population is black, most of your arrests and citations are likely to be black. What is interesting is that (via article) a significant portion, "more than any other charge," of fines collected are for failure to appear. That's on the defendant, not The System.

I await the [lack of] fallout.

There's there's more to the DOJ report than just that Zeke...and you know it. There's also the parts about the Ferguson PD procedures employed when they're doing the 95% of the arrests of 67% of the population.
