Ha I once did the tecnical editing on a book for McGraw Hill. I gave one of the authors information on the subject that he would never have found anywhere as it was a case of "you had to be there". He never acknowledged the source but I sort of had my revenge - he admitted that he had been Scott Adams boss at PacBell in the forward - idiot.
