Tim Tebow takes a knee for Jesus, that's OK with Bubba Birthright and the Jesus weasels. Colin Kaepernick takes a knee for justice, and OMG!!!, it's an insult to America and everything it stands for.
Go complain about free speech and equal treatment somewhere else, this is 'Murica, land of the free and home of the brave.

Wonder if the timing of Tebow's gesture versus Kaepernick's had anything to do with it?

During an opening ceremony versus after a touchdown?

Afaik, Tebow was of course first with the kneeling gesture, and others have also made gestural religious tributes during a game.

Trump claims kneeling players hurt NFL attendance. Facts say otherwise.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/pol...erwise-n824646

Trump claimed Tuesday that stadiums "are now having a very hard time filling up," building on a Nov. 20 tweet that attendance was “way down."

But that's not true, according to the NFL.

The league told NBC News that attendance is down just 1 percent from last year, which NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy noted was a “stellar” year and the third highest in NFL history.

McCarthy added that 98 percent of available tickets to all NFL games have been sold, with ticket sales down 2 percent over last year, in part owing to reduced seating capacity for the Los Angeles teams. Excluding those two teams, ticket sales are down 1 percent, he said.

If the National Felons League should be noted for anything, it's for the league's contribution to research toward prevention and treatment of CTE.

Colin Kaepernick a finalist for 'TIME' Person of Year

Not sure if this is good, but anything that will irritate The Dotards, I am good with it.
But if he is selected, Roy Moore will be a shoo in.

"You have to stand proudly for the National Anthem. You shouldn't be playing, you shouldn't be there. Maybe they shouldn't be in the country...the NFL owners did the right thing."

- Trump, the Putin-hugging fraud and traitor, is suggesting that Americans exercising their First Amendment rights should leave the country? WTF?
