Shit, I knew that from the get-go too.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to predict that.

Let's all have a moment of silence for Zeke's dead ego, which causes him to come on here day after day patting himself on the back for one thing or another. We should also probably start a Zeke Medical Expenses Fund for all the times he's had to have that dislocated shoulder popped back into place.

One thing I am curious about, in case no one else has noticed. Originally, before all the grand jury testimony got leaked out, was the oft stated fact that Officer Wilson had no clue whatsoever that Brown was most recently involved in a strongarm robbery. This point was repeatedly made by numerous law enforcement managers in St. Louis, including the Ferguson Chief of Police..
Now the grand jury testimony has been leaked, it turns out that Wilson did know about the robbery, and was acting on that knowledge. Wonder how that happened, eh?

The thing that stinks is that in the grand jury process, the accused can be 'exonerated' by (more or less) secret testimony. If the prosecutor desires, he can stack the witness list with anonymous shills, and there's no cross examination, and no rebuttal.

Mostly, I've just grown hard of hearing due to your loud, incessant and polluting apologist prattle.

A reason why it stinks (Zeke is the exception). From the linked NY Times report by the OP:
"The account of Officer Wilson’s version of events did not come from the Ferguson Police Department or from officials whose activities are being investigated as part of the civil rights inquiry."
http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/...f150/11774335/
So grand jury testimony is being leaked. Is this deliberate? It is a violation of the law to leak grand jury deliberations and one wonders why this is happening in this case.

What's to wonder about?
It's obvious that this is being done to prepare the public for what's to come, that being the complete exoneration of Wilson's actions.
