Don't kid yourself. Trump may not be owned, but he's for rent.

They donate heavily to both parties, essentially hiring two different sets of politicians to market their needs to the population. The Republicans give them everything that they want, while the Democrats only give them mostly everything.

TWO CLINTONS. 41 YEARS. $3 BILLION.

Quote:
The Clintons’ fundraising operation — $3 billion amassed by one couple, working in tandem for more than four decades — has no equal.

By comparison, three generations of the Bush family, America’s other contemporaneous political dynasty, have raised about $2.4 billion for their state and federal campaigns and half a dozen charitable foundations, according to a Post tally of their fundraising from 1988 through 2015 — even though the family has collectively held the presidency longer than the Clintons.

The billionaires and corporate America:
Yep.

As much as I like the guy and voted for him twice, I have to admit that Obama has been a corporate whore too. I mean this is the guy who appointed Geithner for Christ sake.

Or maybe not. Definitely not if he were to pick Cruz.

Donald Trump on Tuesday named Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) when asked about his possible running mate in 2016.

“Ted Cruz is now agreeing with me 100 percent,” he said when asked about his vice presidential pick, according to Lifezette.

“Well, I like him,” Trump told radio host Laura Ingraham during her broadcast. "He’s backed everything I’ve said.”

Cruze is aiming to be the next Huckabee and who better to train him than the master of reality TV.

Forget it, I'm not going to vote for Trump.

It's just that I have been rooting for him so hard to win the Republican nomination, and lovin the way he's kicking the asses off of the other Republican candidates that I sometimes get a little carried away.

However, as long as Trump is running against other Republicans, I'm going to be his #1 Fan.
