FBI pointedly not involved in the counter-protest stuff, as far as I know. Busy out busting real criminals, like the Republican Speaker of the House of my fine state of Ohio, CIA is, by law, not supposed to gather intelligence on Americans in America. Your assumption that the anti-protest action must have solid undercover evidence, which you actually don't know about, and don't even know who WOULDN'T provide it, is the very definition of 'opinion-based.'

Your choice. I'm much more upset about the destruction of the Rule of Law than I am about $40,000 damage to the courthouse, but that, I will agree is opinion-based.

That is called a straw-man argument. No one said to protest ANYTHING. We are protesting specific things: abusive policing, and rioting paramilitaries operating under color of law, but whose actions threaten the freedom of all Americans. Too bad you don't get that last part.

You keep saying 'rioters and looters,' but I say they are awfully thin on the ground in Portland. I say obviously the violent people are the ones beating on non-violent moms and veterans. People 'accustomed to violence' come in handy if you want people like that beat up.
