When you see that the law is sort of set up to side with the police in connection to deadly force it would appear Wilson probably will not be charged with murder.
From this article it seems deadly force on a fleeing criminal is pretty well justified in certain circumstances.
However if Brown stops and turns around then he would not be fleeing. And if you have seen the interview with the witness named Michael Brady, who appears very credible, he states that Brown was in a crouching position that appears protective more than charging with his hands sort of raised. This case is far from over.
As for the oribital fracture I have x-rayed those before. They are not dramatic looking and many times a ct has to be done because orbital fractures cannot be ruled out by x-ray alone i.e. they are too subtle to be seen (google occult fracture). I am just saying the shock value for that is low....in other words Wilson has a black eye most likely.
