tomato is a fruit.
Just because some lawyers and judges want to define something doesn't make it botanically so.
Botanically, a tomato is a fruit

Just don't say that in a court document.

That is the extent of our transaction. You referred to your house as a dump earlier in this thread responding to my post and I only repeated it.
An AK transaction need not have been brought up here, I ignored you and you repeated it twice and then alluded that I "got" this from you and a comment on the house you live in. You need to learn when to STFU seriously.

I was commenting on your spelling and what you were trying to say in that sentence.
As far as my dump well, I don't care at least I have no debt, and I live alone paying for it myself so the whole house is a man cave. As far as the SOTA I got it for $300, decided I wasn't going to do anything with it as I have 4 other SOTAs. I am offering it up on AK for $200 just to pass it on to someone wanting to get into these tables for cheap. You felt the need to even offer less $150 but said you had planned on donating it anyway to someone who could use it, Cool I'm on board with helping others out anytime I can.
I didn't need your money hell I spend at least $800 -$1200 on records a week alone.
Any way you contacted me, I respectfully tried to work with you and help you out even after our relationship at this site. I come back here and you're still on some arrogant dickhead behavior trip, so I question your ethical morals quit frankly.
As far as brining AK here looking back your the one who felt the need to do that questioning me on bans at AK.
I'm happy you got the table really cheap from me.
I'm happy you where able to help someone with it.
But dude you really need to grow up and learn a bit more respect for others around you, you may need them some day.

Well untill it gets overturned again.
This has been going on in the courts for a century.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomato...r_vegetable.3F
This dispute has led to legal speculation in the United States. In 1887, U.S. tariff laws that imposed a duty on vegetables, but not on fruits, caused the tomato's status to become a matter of legal importance. The U.S. Supreme Court settled this controversy on 10 May 1893, by declaring that the tomato is a vegetable, based on the popular definition that classifies vegetables by use, that they are generally served with dinner and not dessert (Nix v. Hedden (149 U.S. 304)).[74] The holding of this case applies only to the interpretation of the Tariff Act of 3 March 1883, and the court did not purport to reclassify the tomato for botanical or other purposes.
Tomatoes have been designated the state vegetable of New Jersey. Arkansas took both sides by declaring the South Arkansas Vine Ripe Pink Tomato both the state fruit and the state vegetable in the same law, citing both its culinary and botanical classifications. In 2009, the state of Ohio passed a law making the tomato the state's official fruit. Tomato juice has been the official beverage of Ohio since 1965. A.W. Livingston, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, played a large part in popularizing the tomato in the late 19th century; his efforts are commemorated in Reynoldsburg with an annual Tomato Festival.

OK, I apologize for my response to 427's #1118, in which I called him 'Emperor of English.' I was wrong because I criticized him for the wrong reason. My post focused on his grammatical error.
I should have criticized post #1118 for being a completely rotten insulting post, of sharply negative value, lacking in either factual content or justifiable motivation, clearly intended only to provoke and inflame, and utterly indefensible.
Next to all that, the grammatical error was nothing. Absent all that, the grammatical error would have drawn no comment. But I did want to slam 427 for the rottenness of post #1118, and the error provided a handy way to do it. My bad.

Winston Churchill once said, "The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter."
Represent that remark?
