Why? Have you ever cared about a Presidents academic record before now?
I take a look at the constitution and see that it doesn't require a candidate to even have a college education. And, really, come to think of it, why would he need one? Some of Americas best and brightest achievers in the private sector
have been college dropouts/non-attenders. Have they not? Why would it be any different for those in government?

Agreed! The right was not the one that posited the intellectual ability of Obama. I recall that it was the left that enjoyed questioning Bush's intellectual ability, then they put Obama, and for that matter Gore's, intellectual prowess as a counterpoint to Bush. Of course. all of this duly reported by the media sycophants that actively suport the left.

I don't know what I dislike more about Obama. His high liberal voting record or his numerous "present" votes. The one constant throughout his life is his active nurturing of deniability.

Knew you would eventually get over your fascination with the knuckle draggers that make up the GOP nowadays. Where Obama is on many issues is where moderate Republicans were before they were purged from the party. I would like to see someone more progressive, but I sill think he has accomplished a lot, all things considered.

D-Ray

Moving right is a virtue? Man, those polls must be BAD for the left.
BH, the guy deserves a medal for being able to hide so well.

Yeah, but......Try to tell me you never had reservations about Bushs "intellectual ability". Come on now. Really.

One need not posit anything WRT to intellectual ability to the President of the Harvard Law Review or a professor of constitutional law. If you choose to, it says more about you than him.

Smart people can be very stupid. Wasn't Wilson a scowler? Should Newt be the next Pres?
When has Obama ever expressed concern for the Constitution?

In the context of the NY mosque controversy; in declining to enforce the "Defense of Marriage Act"; in discussing the problem with the Koran burning preacher; in speaking to graduates from the naval academy.

But not major power grabs by various legislation. Nary a peep have I heard.
