In the end as always, attorneys will wind up making most of the money as this decision opens up more individual claims while Infowars goes on.

There in lies the biggest issue with so called "Free Speech" in this country.
The ability to stop the untrue in it's infancy. If you say or print something, must be able to back it up with facts or face swift jail time of financial penalties.
