My concern is that this conviction may be overturned on appeal on the grounds that AG Bragg's felony indictment based on "another crime" is an overreach. Whether this is done at the appellate level or by the Scotus is unknown. But if I am betting, the Scotus will overturn the felony conviction. Question remains, will Trump make an emergency appeal to the Catholic Court and will they take it up?
