Wondering if a class action lawsuit can be brought against Fox for spreading false and dangerous information.

Only if a class action can be brought against WaPo, the NY Times, etc. for doing the same. At the very least, those involved in the reporting on this should now be embarrassed enough to give back their Pulitzer.

The Post and Times reported correctly that Papadopoulos told an Australian diplomat that Russia was helping the Trump campaign. They also revealed that the Russians hacked the DNC, Trump had an ongoing real estate deal in Moscow during the campaign, that Trump sold boatloads of condos to Russian oligarchs looking to launder money, Paul Manafort had lobbied the Republican convention on behalf of pro-Russian oligarchs and was indebted to a Russian intelligence asset with whom he shared campaign polling info, Mike Flynn was paid $45,000 by Russia Today in 2015 for a speech he gave at a banquet where he sat next to Putin and later lied to FBI about his calls with the Russian ambassador about sanctions during the transition, Carter Page met with Russian intel agents, Roger Stone collaborated with Wikileaks (which was labeled a Russian asset), Junior set up a secret Trump Tower meeting with Russians, Jared tried to set up a back-channel to the Russians thru their embassy and many more suspicious things.
Failing to investigate these ties would have been a breach of the FBI's counterintelligence duties. This was initiated as a counterintelligence investigation into Russia and ended up showing their involvement in the election on Trump's behalf and that Trump and his campaign were clearly shown to be, at a minimum, Putin’s useful idiots.
Meanwhile, Fox News reported on something they knew to be a lie and which contributed to a violent attack on our democracy. Meanwhile, Durham failed to get even one of 24 jurors to buy into his bullshit in 2 trials in 2 different jurisdictions (DC and NoVa).

No telling what whell really believes, and what he just says to try to get under folk's skin. If you bark at him, he knows he's done it, and is happy.

An unverified report that, as I posted in the Durham thread, never happened.

OK, go to this thread where I refuted both of these statements and more:

You can keep repeating the same crap over and over if you want. It wasn't accurate the first time you posted it, and it doesn't get any more true with successive posts. WaPo got a Pulitzer for it, and just like your posts, the same info is inaccurate whether it's coming from WaPo or being regurgitated by you.
Again, get your facts straight and maybe we can continue this discussion.

Your response is indeed excellent and irrefutable in my opinion.

Most here don't live in your fantasy world of "alternative facts". We know real facts, and that your "proofs" are nonsense, based on lies. You are exactly like your Dear Leader.

So, when the "Australian diplomat" that Finn keeps talking about, Alexander Downer, states that Papadapolous never told him anything remotely like what has been reported in the NY Times and elsewhere (and I posted the video of Downer saying exactly that), its an "alternative fact" and a "lie" to you?
Well, since you know the "real facts", please post the statement from Downer about his meeting with Papadapolous that contradicts what he said in the video. In fact, post the video of him stating "the real facts", please.
I suspect you'll just ignore this, or call me names like you usually do. But for now, I'll hold on to the very slim possibility that you have evidence of Downer retracting what he stated in the video posted above. If not, then: "You are exactly like your Dear Leader."
