Can you pardon in advance for future prosecutions? Doesn't seem right.

Angela Merkel had a very pleasant phone call with Biden today. They know each other for years and met several times. They appreciate each other. This seems to be a good precondition for a fruitful relationship again between these two states.

Trump polluted the relationship between America and Germany, but he did not destroy it.
