The youth of today as a whole I know have grown up with little concern of racial interaction. Or sexuality for that matter. This could be just a isolated event for me being to my environment. It seems they are more tolerant and accepting of others. Even the republican young seem to be more open minded and openly disagree with their parents at times when they get ugly in demeanor.

So even if the courts back track I still holdout hope for the future. For it is the young voices that will carry on after all of us.

Sadly, most just flat out stop learning soon after high school or college, and get much more conservative. Just look at how many boomers, once quite liberal in the '60s, are now angry old racist Trumpkins.

Guess lucky have to really think hard of anyone who changed that much over the years. If they were selfish and self centered still are. Maybe the draft and war had a big part in their attitudes? Still think if the draft was still hitting 18 year old's today they vote in a mass!
Think what you are seeing is the real person. Sure the years adding up make you be a little conservative if thinking of tomorrow. Not carefree and thinking old age will never come. In finances anyway.
The self employed it seems boils down to taxes. Insurance they complain about sure but paying taxes is the biggie!
As a union family this has kept me attuned to the unfairness in others.
You are right in the large segment that just don't seem to care enough to be informed with the correct information.

Aware, and being outrageous to provoke protests, which they will make violent with infiltrators. An attempt to write the narrative of Trump vs the dangerous lefties and criminal blacks. Race war for the win!

I think after seeing what infiltrators were up to during the early George Floyd protests most of us are hip to the game. It's become apparent that tRump is just trying to incite violence and wise folk won't fall for it. Besides, who wants to be around thousands of mask-less mouth breathers?
