That is so true. All politicians and their cohorts invariably have a lot to cover.

Let loose a special prosecutor among them and observe the sundry results.

Extreme cynicism is useful in minimizing misconduct. Some have a lot more to cover-up than others.

I will bet you $100 of actual US money that Mueller's final report will claim probable cause exists to indict Donald Trump for:

1. Money laundering
2. Tax evasion
3. Accepting campaign contributions from a foreign government
4. Coordinating campaign operations of foreigners (Assange, bots, etc)

1 ) Easy. Trump/Manaford were hustling Ukraine and Russia.

2) Very likely. The guy was hostile to revealing his taxes.

3) medium likelihood

4) small likelihood.

Correct. At some point the initial charge PALES once the scale of peripheral corruption is exposed.

Nixons presidency didn't fail because a few guys broke into an office. Nixons presidency failed because the investigation exposed the rest of the rot he and his crew were involved in.

G. Gordon Liddy..... What a total freak.

Much like arguing with a drunk in having little to no positive results, to the contrary as a rule. So can be said for the Trump true believers.

I do neither.

Well it is apparent that Trump has engendered derangement.

It is his incompetence and lack of qualifications for this responsibility that have engendered opposition to his occupation of the office before and after his candidacy was proposed. He was and is singularity unqualified by any and every standard to the demands and trust that it enrails. This has always been patently obvious to any objective observer.

QFT

Sadly, 30 odd percent of the population can't/won't see what is so obvious to the rest of us.

It's not that they don't see. They are in denial of a meaningfulness and importance of Trump's shortcomings and wrongdoings. In fact if anything they see his power despite his shortcomings, and his defiance of norms and laws, as a sign of strength. And they are glad to have a strong champion to lead them.

Authoritarian followers is the term.

Russia Is Attacking the U.S. System From Within
A new filing by Special Counsel Robert Mueller shows how Russia uses the federal courts to go after its adversaries.

Yet the illegitimate moron in chief and his idiot supporters just spout “deep stare” nonsense. Sad!
