The two cases are not really comparable (and I was quite critical of Hillary at the time). Her transgressions did not implicate the espionage act or obstruction. Also, she fully cooperated (there was no need for a search warrant) and she didn't lie to investigators. And lastly, Jim Comey was not appointed by Hillary whereas Chris Wray was appointed by Trump.

The bottom line - Each and every criminal investigation stands or falls on its own merits, not the merits of an unrelated investigation six years ago. Hillary's case was about mishandling classified info. Trump's is for illegal removal, willful retention, and obstruction.

And now Imposter Graham is using his dog whistle to rile up the cult to rise in revolt in support of Trump the Mobster?

Does it occur to the Magats that J6 Committee nor FBI broke any laws, only Trump (Traitor, Thief or Mobster)?

The J6 hearings have less political theater character than any I can remember - no long speeches pretending to be questions, no screaming, no posing, no disingenuous gotcha questions, and no reluctant dissembling witnesses. It would have been political theater if Gym Jordan or other Trump sycophants were on it, shrieking like banshees, but alas they're not. It is probably the best-managed and best-presented hearing in the modern era (and I have prepared testimony and attended quite a few Congressional oversight and budget hearings for DOD, DOL and DOE).

The media was not tipped off. A local reporter first reported in the early afternoon that something was apparently going on at MAL but had no details or live footage, but it wasn't confirmed until Trump himself sent out notification on Truth Social later than evening. Where do you come up with such lies?

Correct, Mar a Lago was the exception where the press was not tipped off. Still, the extreme presence of armed agents was crafted to intimidate and make for great drone footage.

Then why did you say that the press was tipped off if you knew they weren't? Shift the goal post much?

The agents waited until Trump was not there to preclude a noisy confrontation. They did not wear the conspicuous FBI-emblazoned jackets and FBI agents are always armed, particularly when dealing with career criminals. This was done by the book and was necessary after Trump lied repeatedly about having returned all classified documents.
