What? The investigations are being done by the FBI and the Obama administration's State Department IG.

Conducting her electronic business on a private email server, in and of itself, violates the Federal Public Records Act. The fact that there is classified information on the server only makes it worse (and is a separate crime in its own right).

No matter. She's under investigation by two Federal agencies and the corrosive drip-drip-drip is likely to continue. Worse yet, this mess is entirely of her own making.

The "drip-drip-drip" is the plan. No need for yer actual indictment or charges as long as there's some new piece of gossip or disingenuous criticism from some former official to keep the embers glowing. This will keep up until the convention and, should Hillary emerge as the nominee, right up until election day.

Hillary's email server was more secure than the OPM servers that got hacked and gave my personal back ground check information away to the Chinese or North Koreans or whoever did the hacking.

Actually, we don't know that. I suspect the OPM computers were indeed more secure than Hillary's, but less likely to be targeted. Morever, it doesn't excuse an infraction to the Federal Records Act.

FWIW, the Chinese (or whoever it was) also have all of my family's data due to them having gotten their hands on my TS clearance paperwork from back when.
