How do we pay for Single Payer guys (and girl) without a significant increase in taxes?
It will not be free. Remember middle-class people who don't own homes and do not get the home mortgage deduction WILL be hurt by a higher tax burden even more when now they will have to pay for medical care for everyone.

Sanders has not told me how he is going to do it.

Hillary is right on this point.

Remember Paul Ryan has the gavel I am sure he is not going to soak the rich after voting to break up the large banks (this might happen in an alternate universe episode of Star Trek). Guess what Nancy Pelosi is not going to do it either.

He is indeed my preferred candidate, though he's no great shakes and I won't vote for him in the primary (I'm an independent and thereby can't vote in Maryland primaries). He's just the only pragmatist who isn't otherwise flawed, compromised or subject to indictment.

Just another garden variety Republican that as usual loves to dole out tax cuts (top rate down from 39% to 28%) while promising to balance the budget, a bit conservatively though in eight years. How convenient.

A good start would be the 20%, and here in Ca. even up to 30%, of premiums charged by insurance companies charge for nothing more than billing and denying claims would pay for a lot of it.
