Favors might not be monetary, but I guarantee you there is influence there.

When it comes to Wall Street , Trump is just as guilty as any other candidate. He just does it differently.
When you vote for Trump. you vote for a billionaire. Donald Trump.

When you vote for any other candidate, with the exception of Bernie, you are voting for unknown billionaires that are hiding in the shadows.

You are a fool if you think Trump doesn't have a few unknown billionaires hiding in his shadows.

Trump may not need their money, but he does need their influence.

You just don't like Trump and you are making excuses.

By the way, what's your excuse for voting for Hillary instead of Bernie?

In case you haven't noticed, this election is not following historical tradition.

The thing I don't like about Trump is that every "policy" he has put out there is grade school level and clearly there is no serious thought put behind it. A good example is building a wall on Mexican border and making Mexico pay for it. A grade school bully's pipe dream at best. I prefer a president who can actually make decisions based on serious consideration rather than what will make ratings.

Awfully presumptuous of you to try to tell me who I'm going to vote for. I have never stated if I support Hilary or Bernie. The fact is.... I haven't decided. They both have policies I support and some that I don't.

There is also a republican candidate that I am considering.

I haven't made up my mind yet.

I don't want Trump for President either. I want Bernie. But I do want Trump for the Republican nominee. And if it comes down to Hillary vs. Trump I think I would actually prefer not because I like him, but because our political system is totally fucked up and I want someone that will burn the damned thing down. I believe a Trump Presidency will destroy the Republican Party. It will be like getting chemo. It'll make the country sick, but it may cure the cancer too.

If you are even considering a Republican other than Trump then there is no hope for you. You are beyond redemption.

More to the point: do we really think he doesn't owe them any favors?

Wall Street has backed his financial and business enterprises fro decades, despite three.... four?.... bankruptcies that would have scared off most investors. Should he become president, his business empire will continue to exist and will continue to depend on Wall Street for capital. He would be as deeply in their pocket as you can get.

You don't actually buy the bullshit that Trump is financing his own campaign, do you?

The largest figure I see is $10,000.

I know that seems like a lot to schmucks like us, but it's pocket change compared to other candidates, with the exception of Bernie of course.
