Two weeks ago, I foraged weeds in none other than SoCal and had a very tasty salad. I added a very tasty and sweet cactus fruit to the salad.

I made Toyon Tea for my co-workers and they loved it, the salad too and then I told them how I retrieved the free ingredients.

I mean't this post to quote Bluestreak.

I have pictures of the salad but I don't know how to upload from personal pics. Does anyone know.


Oh btw: Acorn bread is delicious and now is the time forage acorns. If interested, I can tell you how to process them to lose the tannic acid.

Top navigation bar - click 'user CP'
Left menu - Networking > Pictures and Albums - click add album > click upload pictures > click browse > (choose from your computer files) click upload.

Click the landscape button and copy/paste the file name.

There's a far simpler way.

1. Click on the paper clip in the top row of the reply pane.

2. A "Manage Attachments" dialog box will appear. Click "Browse" to select the image file you want to add to your post.

3. Navigate to the image you want to upload and click on it.

4. The "Manage Attachments" dialog will reappear and your file name will show next to the "Browse" button. Click "Upload".

5. Close "Manage Attachments" when your file appears under "Current Attachments".

Your attachment will show as a thumbnail in your post. Clicking on it will enlarge the image.
